the 2016 theme

In the process of developing a product & product-related content*, our approach should never be “we vs they”. Even if we work across teams. With the “we vs they” approach, it’s easy for us to say
“We’ve done the UI wireframe. Content is missing, yes, but it’s not our task to write content.”
“I know they have language errors on the UI but I’m a documentation developer, not a UI expert. It’s on their side.”
“They want one more update to this installation diagram. They’re terrible. It’s the last update I’m gonna do.”
This year at soap! we will focus on techniques, tools, people, solutions, and stories that will help us understand & create the “us” approach in which people who work on one product do realize that they have one common goal: make the users happy by building the best product possible.
venue
Located at the bank of the Vistula River right opposite Wawel Royal Castle, Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology is a truly exceptional place. It combines the functions of a traditional museum (with its exhibitions and collections) with those of an active cultural center. It’s a fusion of modern technology and traditions of the Far East.
Location:
Marii Konopnickiej 26,
30-302 Kraków, Poland
