soap! 2022 | the best content conference

1-3 June 2022, Kraków, Poland

venue

Manggha Museum
of Japanese Art and Technology

Located at the bank of the Vistula River right opposite the Wawel Royal Castle, Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology is a truly exceptional place. It combines the functions of a traditional museum (with its exhibitions and collections) with those of an active cultural center. It’s a fusion of modern technology and traditions of the Far East.
During both conference days our guests will have free access to all exhibitions at Manggha.

What soapers think about soap!?

If you don’t know soap! and still need to convince your manager that it’s worth sending you to an event, just have a look at a couple of opinions we get from people who joined us over the years:

“It was my first soap!, so I appreciated the great, open, inviting atmosphere. Thanks!”

It was soaptacular! Depending on next year’s theme, I am very much considering to submit a talk.

As always, top notch event. To me, if not for the high selection of topics, then for the atmosphere. Probably the only event I don’t fully fear attending on my own. There is always someone you know, or someone who wants to exchange ideas. Topics are 90% awesome, and each offers at least a line that strikes a chord! Can’t wait for another edition.

FAQs

I still have my soap! 2020 ticket.
Is it valid for soap! 2022?

Yes, tickets purchased for soap! 2020 are still valid, so you can join this year’s soap! with them! By default, your ticket is considered an in-person ticket. Of course, the rules for converting your ticket type also apply in this case (read more here – link: https://soapconf.com/coronavirus-update/). Note that if you do not use your ticket this year, it’ll not be valid for the next conference. If you can’t attend the conference this year, you can pass your ticket to your colleague(s). We no longer accept returns for soap! 2020 tickets.
.

What’s the conference and workshops venue?

This year, the entire soap!, the conference and workshops, will take place at Manggha. Once you get to Manggha, you’ll see signs that will tell you exactly where to go.

What do I get with the ticket?

With a soap! conference ticket, you get

  • Access to the registration for soap! workshops (Wed., 1 June)
  • Entry to both soap! conference days (Thu. – Fri., 2-3 June)
  • Lunch, coffee, snacks
  • Entry to all three after parties
  • Free access to all Manggha exhibitions (2-3 June)

With a soap! workshop ticket, you get:

  • Entry to the workshop(s) you registered for
  • Coffee and snacks

Is there food served during the workshops and conference?

Yes. During both conference days, we have snacks, fruit, cookies, cakes, coffee, water, and more available all the time. There are two coffee breaks and one lunch break. So you don’t need to worry about food.

During the workshop day, we have coffee and snacks for you. No lunch is served.

Will I get slides from the conference?

No. We don’t think slides are very helpful without the commentary provided by their author. So to make sure that you can enjoy the conference and forget about note-taking entirely, we record all soap! talks and publish them on our youtube channel. Recordings are of high-quality, done the TED style, and include questions asked by the audience.

What should I know about registration?

Anyone can register to workshops. However, soap! conference attendees will get discounts. If registration for workshops is not open when you register for the conference, no worries, we will let you know once it’s open.

Note: The sooner you get your conference ticket, the better – prices grow with time. The number of early bird tickets is limited. Ticket number limitation doesn’t apply to any other conference ticket type.

What’s your refund policy?

We accept refunds for tickets purchased for soap! 2022 conference till and including May 15, 2022.
