soap! 2022 | the best content conference
1-3 June 2022, Kraków, Poland
It’s great to have you here ❤️ Read on to get the most important information about soap! 2022. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
soap! 2022 will be exceptional for many reasons. One of them is because it’ll be the first hybrid edition of the conference. That means that we will be meeting both in person and virtually. You can choose which form works best for you and join us in Kraków or from your cozy sofa 🙂 Tickets for in-person and virtual events are sold separately.
NOTE: Since the COVID-19 situation is still unstable, we reserve the right to move the conference from hybrid to virtual only. Hopefully, we won’t need to do it though!
In-person & virtual
The in-person conference will take place on 1-3 June, 2022 in Kraków, Poland at Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology, Marii Konopnickiej 26, 30-302 Kraków. As usual, we’ll be meeting for 3 days – the first one will revolve around workshops, the other two around conference talks.
The virtual conference will be delivered via a platform of our choosing. We will deliver all details to our participants as soon as we have them figured out.
Tickets for in-person and virtual events are sold separately. You can purchase your ticket at soapconf.com.
You can convert your virtual conference ticket to in-person and vice versa till and including April 30, 2022.
We accept refunds for tickets purchased for soap! 2022 conference till and including May 15, 2022.
To convert your ticket or get a refund, contact us at email@example.com.
Important info for the soapers who bought their tickets for the first cancelled conference: tickets you purchased for soap! 2020 are still valid, so you can join this year’s soap! with them! By default, your ticket is considered an in-person ticket. Of course, the rules for converting your ticket type also apply in this case. Note that if you do not use your ticket this year, it will not be valid for the next conference. If you can’t attend the conference this year, you can pass your ticket to your colleague(s). We no longer accept returns for soap! 2020 tickets.
All participants of the in-person conference need to bring their EU COVID certificate, a valid vaccination certificate, or documents that confirm that they contracted COVID-19 and recovered from it.
The in-person conference will follow the official rules and regulations that will be in place in Poland this coming June. For example, covering our mouth and nose when indoors. We will provide you with all rules when we are closer to the conference.
If you consider traveling to Poland, please read Temporary limitations – Coronavirus: information and recommendations – Gov.pl website that are in effect in Poland.
We recommend holding off on making any non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until the end of winter/beginning of spring when we expect the Omicron/overall COVID-19 situation to calm down.
Speakers and trainers
We are still figuring out how to best approach talks and workshops this year. We have a preference for our speakers and trainers to join us in person but are also ready to make exceptions in these unprecedented times.
You are still welcome to submit your talk and/or workshop idea at soapconf.com.
Sponsors and partners
We believe that our sponsors and partners get the most value when they join our conference in person. That is why we’re hoping that you will be able to join us face to face this year. We are, however, working to adjust our sponsorship offer to allow our sponsors and partners to join us remotely if they wish so.
To get information on our sponsorship and partnership opportunities, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We updated our theme! You can check it out on our main page.
